Capri-Sun ‘Squeeze the Day’ Promotion

1. This promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. Employees of Grocery Brand Solutions Limited, their immediate families, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and have access to the internet an email account and Facebook or Instagram account.
3. Three draws will take place for entries received in June, July and August. Entries received up until 23:59 on the last day of the respective months will be eligible for each draw. Any entry received after these dates will not be valid. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. 
4. There will also be bonus draws September, October and November. Entries received up until 23:59 on the last day of the respective months will be eligible for each draw. Any entry received after these dates will not be valid. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. 
5. Entries entrants must share with/tag a friend on social media when sharing their adventure to be eligible to win the prize.

  How to enter

1. To enter this promotion:, 
   1. Purchase a Capri-Sun 330ml Promotional pouch
   2. Visit www.capri-sun.ie and go to the ‘Squeeze the Day’ Competition page or go to www.caprisunsqueezetheday.com and select the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland tab to be directed to the entry page.
   3. Enter the 8 digit code from your promotional pack along with your name, telephone number, and valid email address.
   4. Select which prize you wish to receive by selecting from the available options.
   5. Share the image on either Facebook or Instagram (Instagram only available on mobile) and TAG A FRIEND IN THE POST.
   6. Click ENTER to enter the draw.
2. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries.
3. Entry forms with incomplete or invalid information will not be accepted as valid.

Selecting the winner

1. One winner for the ‘Bucket List Adventure’ and five winners for the Bonus Draw(s) will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions no later than 5 x working days after the promotion closes.

1. General Prize Terms 

1. Overseas Travel is ex Dublin
2. Travel insurance is the responsibility of the winner and guests unless otherwise stated
3. Winner and guests must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel
4. Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guests
5. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel
6. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable
7. No cash alternative is available 
8. Prize is subject to availability; Prize cannot be taken from 21^st December 2015 – 2^nd January 2016 (Christmas and New Year), UK bank holidays, or over Easter Sunday and March 17^th.
9. 30 days advance notice required before your requested time of travel to give maximum availability for your holiday
10. Prize is valid for 8 months from the close date of the competition, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame.
11. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time 
12. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended;
13. Adults must be aged 18 or over
14. The prize excludes meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
15. If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with fewer than 1 x guests or no guests, the prize will be awarded to the winner only any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
16. Whilst every attempt will be made to accommodate all requests for bookings, participants must bear in mind that availability of flights, rooms and dates will vary and the Promoter cannot guarantee to meet all specific individual requirements. Reservations are subject to availability and Prize Provider imposed terms.

  Notifications

1. Main bucket list Adventure 
   1. The winner will be contacted within 5 x working days of being selected, using the contact details provided on entry to this promotion.
   2. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. However, if the winner has not responded to notification within 28 x days, or if a selected winner is ineligible, or does not provide information requested by the promoter within a reasonable timeframe or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.
   3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery of notification due to the provision of incorrect contact details by entrants. 

General Competition Terms

1. The winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize.
2. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered save for in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.
4. The Promoter and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion, unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose. 
5. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
6. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize.
7. By entering this promotion entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.
8. Entrants will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material they submit as part of this Promotion. However, entrants grant the promoter (and its agents and affiliates) a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use any such content, submissions and other material for the purposes of this promotion.
9. The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with the promotion without further notice.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
12. Please keep your packaging it may be required to claim your prize or for verification purposes.
13. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by Irish law
